Use of the equipment
This series of trackless loading and unloading machine can clamp the workpiece from the ground, and conveniently feed the workpiece into the heating furnace; at the same time, it can take out the heated workpiece from the heating furnace and quickly feed it to the forging equipment such as forging hammer, press, or ring grinder, etc., and it can be assisted with some simple operations.
Movement of the machine
This trackless forging loading and unloading machine uses a forklift truck as a carrier, with mature technology, simple structure and easy maintenance. It can clamp the blanks or forgings from the ground and inside the furnace chamber to accomplish five kinds of actions: traveling (turning) of the vehicle, lifting and lowering of the clamping bar, tilting of the clamping bar, rotating of the clamping bar, and clamping of the clamping bar.
