Full hydraulic forging machine is suitable for producing long shafts, discs, rings, thick plates and square billets and other free forging forgings, capable of clamping the workpiece with the free forging hydraulic press to complete the forging operation of the workpiece, realizing the free forging of all kinds of material ingots (billets) in the hot state, which can fully meet the forging factory's forging process requirements such as upsetting, pulling long, punching, expanding the ring, cutting off and other forging process.
Functions of the machine
The fully hydraulic forging operator adopts full hydraulic drive, realizes the same operation with the press, and can realize various forms of forging control modes (manual control mode, automatic control mode) with the free forging hydraulic press. Its structure is designed as a whole wall plate structure, can clamp the forging to complete 8 kinds of action: ① car body forward / backward, ② jaws clamping / unclamping, ③ clamp head forward / reverse, ④ clamp body parallel rise / fall, ⑤ clamp head up / down, ⑥ clamp body left / right side shift, ⑦ clamp body left / side swing, ⑧ table frame forward / reverse. The operator also has the function of clamping and holding pressure on the clamp head, and buffering the clamp body up and down, front and back, left and right. And can realize the clamp body automatic centering, clamp body automatic leveling function, the body walking, clamp head rotation, clamp body lifting, the accurate positioning of the table rotary.
